Design the bar by the image of Curaçao
Le Sirop de Monin
Made from orange liquor and native to the island of Curaçao, in the north of Venezuela known for its colorful houses
The Brand Le Sirop de Monin ask me to create the bar furniture with the identity of the Curaçao and his history.
I started by drawing the 1st shapes in 3D, then by 1:10 model.
After studying technical drawing, modeling and materials, we decide to chose the laminate in light wood
To protect the product and the creation the laminate was the best to avoid chock & scratch and it's waterproof
I got closer to the furniture identity of the 60’s due to the independence of the Curaçao island in 1961, after that the locals colored the houses with some pop colors
For the exposition of Le Sirop de Monin, i made this furniture with the colors from Curaçao houses.
The finished product is a bar with a 60’s design shapes in light wood with an extravagant opening, a large bottle storage capacity and lateral storage for glassware.
